Blake is a Master's student in Data Science at Indiana University, where he previously graduated with a Finance degree. He specializes in real-time tracking systems and operational dashboards that turn chaos into clarity. At IU, Blake was a part of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop where he competed in case competitions to apply his studies to real world scenarios. He's built GPS tracking for 200+ trailers, multi-tenant BI platforms, and automated geofencing systems that save businesses hours of manual work every day. Outside of school, Blake enjoys active hobbies such as snowboarding, rock climbing, cycling, and cliff diving.

Phil is a technology consultant specializing in helping organizations modernize their operations through custom software and data solutions. Before co-founding BPN, he worked as a Public Sector Technology Consultant at Plante Moran, one of the nation's largest accounting and consulting firms, where he supported digital transformation initiatives for government clients—helping streamline legacy systems, build reporting infrastructure, and guide stakeholders through complex technology decisions. Outside of work, Phil enjoys golfing, saltwater fly fishing, and skiing, and is a fan of the Indiana Pacers and Chicago Cubs.

Nick is a Master's student in Data Science at Indiana University, where he previously graduated with summa cum laude in Informatics, with minors in Business and Data Science. Throughout his time at IU, Nick has consistently made an impact, earning the Luddy Undergraduate Instructor of the Year award, leading a Bible study in FIJI, and mentoring a member of another fraternity to start one of his own. He also founded and coordinated Run the Ball, the largest fraternity philanthropy event in IU history. Nick is deeply committed to leading through service, faith, and hard work. Nick is a lifelong hooper and is a huge fan of the Indiana Pacers.
